Coloring Children with More Hex
Example
We take it as you have a parent element; and you are unable to change the child element?
As above; you can note that none of the children are colored as you would probably expect. Though that said, coloring children is not too difficult! Now, we want to highlight the header; or even every element. We would just need to target the specific scope. Such as div > * to get all the elements directly linked to that element; or div * to get all the children elements.
Lets Try
How about we try background-color: #ff0000 on all children elements (div *)...
Good! It finally works! Anyways, now you should understand how to color children with more hex!
Btw; this is a skit.
